Who we are

The website kristinasamofal.com and the app “БЕЗ ГРАНИЦ Studio” belong to Kristina Samofal (the БЕЗ ГРАНИЦ / Without Borders podcast, ProStudio1 LLC, Florida, USA). Questions: [email protected].

Website

The website collects anonymized visit statistics (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics) and the data you submit yourself through forms (name, contact details, the text of your request). Requests are used only to reply to you and are not shared with third parties.

Cookies and analytics

Visit counters — Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and recordings of on-page actions, excluding text input) — set cookies only after you click “Accept” in the banner at the bottom of the site. If you clicked “Decline” or made no choice, these cookies are not set; in that case, Google Analytics receives only anonymized signals without cookies. The website works fully without your consent. Your choice is stored in your browser.

Free guide and newsletter

What we collect. When you request the guide “15 Legal Ways to Stay and Earn a Living in the U.S.,” we receive your name and email address, a record of your consent to receive emails (if you gave it), the page, the date and time of submission, your IP address and your approximate country based on it (for spam protection and proof of consent).

Why. We need your email address and name to provide you with the guide. We send emails (stories, tips, new episodes) only to those who checked the “I’d like to get emails” box themselves. The guide is provided even without this box checked.

Legal basis. Your consent. You can withdraw it at any time via the “Unsubscribe” link in every email or by writing to us. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of emails sent before the withdrawal.

Who processes the data. Website hosting and form handling: Cloudflare (USA). Newsletter: the MailerLite service. Visit statistics: Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica. These companies process data on our behalf and in accordance with their own data protection policies. We do not sell email addresses or share them for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it. For as long as you are subscribed to our emails. If you have unsubscribed or did not consent to emails, we keep your request for no longer than 12 months for record-keeping purposes and then delete it.

Your rights. You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or withdraw your consent: write to [email protected], and we will reply within 30 days. If you live in the EU or the UK, you may also contact your data protection supervisory authority.

Where the data is stored. On servers in the USA. By submitting a form from another country, you understand that your data will be transferred to the USA.

Children. The website and the newsletter are not intended for persons under the age of 16.

The guide is not legal advice. The materials are for informational purposes only. Before taking any immigration steps, check official sources (uscis.gov, travel.state.gov) and consult a licensed immigration attorney.

The “БЕЗ ГРАНИЦ Studio” app

This is the podcast team’s internal app for managing its own YouTube channel and Instagram account. Through Google sign-in, it gets access to the owner’s YouTube channel in order to display videos, statistics and comments; change titles, descriptions, thumbnails and publishing times; and reply to comments. Through Instagram sign-in, it publishes the owner’s videos and reads their statistics.

Access tokens are stored in the device’s secure storage (Keychain) and on our Cloudflare server, which only the app can access. Google and Instagram data is not sold, not shared with third parties and not used for advertising. The use of data received through Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data deletion

You can revoke access at any time: for Google, on the myaccount.google.com/permissions page; for Instagram, under “Apps and websites” in your settings. If you email [email protected], we will delete everything stored on our server.
