Five years ago I started over from scratch in a new country. Now I talk with people who also dared to live without borders.
My path is a story of moving abroad, rebuilding myself from the inside and growing. I went through everything that comes with settling in a new country: a new language, new rules, new people. I had to start a lot of things all over again.
I received my U.S. green card through the program for people with extraordinary ability — recognition of my professional achievements. For me it isn’t a finish line. It’s proof that most borders exist only in our heads.
Sport
Sport has been part of my life for more than 13 years. Year after year, workout after workout, stage after stage, I worked toward a top result — and earned my IFBB Pro card.
Today I coach champions: I teach posing and prepare athletes for amateur and pro shows. What matters to me is that an athlete walks on stage confident and shows everything they worked so hard for.
Radio
For a year and a half I hosted the show “Na Vibe Uspekha” (“On the Vibe of Success”) on Radio USA. Being on air introduced me to so many people — not only the guests, but our listeners too. They tuned in every day and found answers to their questions, motivation or simply a good mood. Little by little, the unfamiliar voices on the other side of the radio became people close to me.
Radio taught me the most important thing a host needs: to hear the person, not just ask questions. To speak sincerely, even when you’re nervous. And to remember that behind every broadcast are real people who trust you with their time.
My media project Without Borders
Without Borders is a series of honest conversations with people who live life their own way, wherever they are: athletes, entrepreneurs, journalists, pilots, service members, artists. Each of them took the leap at some point — and tells what it really cost.
After every episode, I want you to be left with one feeling: “I can live without borders too.” No gloss, just honesty, with real numbers and real mistakes — so these stories give inner strength to everyone who hears them.
