Halloween in Miami: Streets in Wynwood and Brickell Will Close Overnight Into November 1
Miami Police are closing stretches of NW 2nd Avenue and South Miami Avenue on Saturday evening, October 31, until 5 a.m. Sunday. Street parking in Wynwood is banned all day.
Friends, if you’re heading to Wynwood or Brickell for Halloween on Saturday, remember where the closures will be.
Miami Police are warning: - Wynwood: NW 2nd Avenue between NW 22nd and 25th Street will be closed Saturday from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday; - in the same area, no parking on NW 2nd Avenue and North Miami Avenue between NW 20th and 29th Street — from 5 a.m. Saturday to 6 a.m. Sunday; - Brickell: South Miami Avenue between SE 9th and 10th Street will be closed Saturday from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday.
My advice: take a taxi or an Uber, plan your route ahead of time and keep your eyes on the road — the streets will be full of people and kids in costumes. And remember, the clocks fall back an hour that same night.
Rules and deadlines may change — always check the official source.
