Miami Book Fair Opens November 15 With a Free Block Party to Miami Music
On Sunday, November 15, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Miami Dade College’s Wolfson Campus — a free celebration for all ages.
And now — some good news!
Miami Book Fair will kick off with a big street party. Sunday, November 15, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., Miami Dade College’s Wolfson Campus (300 NE 2nd Ave., Miami). Admission is free, and the whole family is welcome.
The theme of the evening is “Made in Miami: Through the Decades”: the history of Miami dance music, from Cuban classics and disco to Miami bass and house. The headliner is DJ Oscar G, and the food and drinks come from Smorgasburg Miami.
My advice: come early and check out the fair’s website — it has the full program for the week.
