Florida Election Is Tomorrow, November 3: Polls Open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and You Need a Photo and Signature ID
On Election Day, you can vote only at your own polling place and with ID that has your photo and signature. A mail ballot must reach the elections office by 7 p.m.
Friends who are U.S. citizens, tomorrow, Tuesday, November 3, is Election Day in Florida.
- Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you’re in line by 7 p.m., you’ll get to vote.
- You can vote only at your own polling place. An early voting site may not be it.
- You need valid photo and signature ID: a Florida driver’s license or ID, a U.S. passport, a military ID, and others. A voter information card doesn’t count.
- A mail ballot must reach your county elections office by 7 p.m. on November 3 — a postmark isn’t enough.
My advice: check your polling place address on your county elections office’s website (list of all counties).
Rules and deadlines may change — always check the official source.
